Laser Scanning 

When it is not economical to send a large part or tool out for a minimum amount of inspection, we have the capability to come to you through the use of the Faro portable laser scan arm.

The laser scanner is used to capture more complex geometry for comparison to a CAD model or complete surface regeneration. The scanning arm is ideal for non-contact measurement applications, including inspection, point cloud to CAD comparison, rapid prototyping, reverse engineering and 3-D modeling. It directly interfaces with Geomagic Studio and Qualify, the industry's #1 point-cloud inspection and reverse engineering software.
