Designed for real production and build sizes up to 253.6 cubic inches, a “personal factory” line of 3D printers uses exclusive DLP technology and offers the ability to run lights-out production. First launched in 2002, the Perfactory isn’t just an icon in the 3D printing world – the printer on wheels — it’s a trusted and reliable one.
The Continuous Digital Light Manufacturing technology was launched in early 2016 with the Micro Plus cDLM. It’s based on a patent-protected approach we came up with a decade ago.
A twist on our DLP technology, this process allows for continuous motion of the build plate to deliver exceptional build speeds.
The Vida cDLM followed in 2017, with an impressive build envelope of 90 x 50 x 100 mm (3.54 x 1.97 x 3.94 in.)
3SP technology, which uses a UV laser to rapidly scan, spin and selectively photocure a wide variety of resins.
The 3SP printers are for serious manufacturing use. You do not need to sacrifice accuracy or surface finish to make big 3D objects with 3SP technology. And, no, 3SP is not the same as SLA. It’s a completely unique approach to 3D printing objects quickly and accurately that is proprietary to EnvisionTEC.
A true industrial 3D printer, our 3SP line is equally at home on a factory floor as it is in a machine shop, hospital, or laboratory. The 3SP printers can build a wide range of manufacturing objects, from functional gears, valves and pumps to fasteners, jigs, fixtures or end effectors. But it’s also being used for mass customized production in the dental industry, where EnvisionTEC's printers are known for accuracy and an unparalleled smooth surface finish that minimizes post-processing.
With three levels of functionality — Starter, Developer and Manufacturer — this family of bioprinters, as shown below, processes open-source biomaterials using air or mechanical pressure to a syringe, which can fabricate scaffolds to create tissue, organs and more. The bioprinters are extremely accurate with X-Y repeatability down to 1 μm. All models have been designed for use in a sterile biosafety cabinet, meet standards for clinical trials and offer build sizes up to 192.4 cubic inches.
